Hi, I'm Mina!

I know what it feels like to be unsure where to start. That’s why I created this program.

Hi, I’m Mina Arroyo — and I help women who are ready to feel strong, confident, and in control again.


Most of the women I work with are busy juggling careers, families, and everything in between. They’ve tried diets, workouts, or “challenges” that didn’t stick. They’re tired of quick fixes and ready for something that actually lasts.


I get it — because I’ve been there, too.


At 22, I was recovering from a snowboarding accident that left me with three herniated discs and years of pain. I felt weak, frustrated, and disconnected from my body. When I finally turned to strength training, it changed everything. I didn’t just rebuild my body — I rebuilt my confidence, my mindset, and my trust in myself.


And that’s the same transformation I want for you.


Here’s what I believe:

Fitness isn’t a quick fix. It’s a mindset. It’s about small daily changes, the discipline to stick to the plan, and the trust that it will work — even when results take time.


Because when you learn to show up for yourself, something shifts. You start to see what you’re capable of. You start to feel proud again. And that pride becomes fuel for every other part of your life.


My goal isn’t just to help you lose weight or learn to lift — it’s to help you build the confidence and habits that make you feel unstoppable.
